We’ve partnered with Logitech to make digital signage and room scheduling easier

We’re on a mission to unify the digital and physical workplace. With this in mind, we’re thrilled to welcome Logitech, our latest partner in the Appspace Built-in program.

This exciting partnership marks the start of innovative solutions for businesses to use their Logitech devices to run the Appspace platform.

Logitech is a leader in personal computing accessories and video collaboration peripherals and software. Adding to their line of workplace devices is the Tap Scheduler. The Tap Scheduler is a purpose-built digital signage and scheduling panel for workplace environments and meeting rooms. Tap Scheduler is the latest addition to the Tap family of products that can be used independently or in conjunction with Logitech’s conferencing products such as the Rally family of conference cameras. Available via Logitech CollabOS release 1.7 coming in June, Appspace will now be an available digital signage and scheduling option for the Logitech Tap Scheduler.

Adding digital signage to your workplace has just gotten easier with the Tap Scheduler. Purpose-built for ease and reliability with end-users in mind, Tap Scheduler is able to be installed anywhere digital signage is needed in the end-users environment. Appspace adds an even greater dimension with the powerful tools that our users have known and utilized. Share the latest announcements and workplace guidance on digital signage in lobbies, team areas, hallways, and meeting spaces.

Just tap to schedule and manage rooms

The Tap Scheduler can be used to provide an easy-to-use interface for your meeting space scheduling needs.. With Appspace now built into the Tap Scheduler, users can select Appspace as the calendar provider and easily publish the room scheduling card or other content to the Tap Scheduler. The integration with this collaboration device means it’s easy to use Appspace to manage rooms and use everyday tools like Microsoft Teams or Google Meet to schedule and reserve physical office resources.

About the Appspace Built-in program

We launched the Appspace Built-in program in 2020 to create a way for our technology partners to natively integrate Appspace into their hardware and software. It means getting started and running Appspace is just a click away for our partners and their customers.

As a Built-in partner, Logitech will work with the Appspace team to certify additional devices as we continue to help our customers bridge the gaps between their physical and digital workplace to create a workplace employees love.
