Tony is a passionate technology leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He enjoys cooking, hiking, and leading the nonprofit that he founded – Think Big for Kids.

Stan Stephens
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER, CO-FOUNDER

Stan joined Appspace in 2001 while finishing his masters degree in advance distributed systems at Manchester University (UK). He is half of the original development team (the other is his wife).

Steve Terp
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Steve joined Appspace in 2020 from Revenue Analytics where he was CRO. When he’s not making go-to-market magic, Steve can be found doing all things Floridian – Go Gators!

Holly Grogan
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Holly has over 20 years of experience in global executive-level human resource development. Her passion is creating empowered high-performance teams and workplace cultures. You’ll find Holly doing anything outside during her down time.

Sara Nichols
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Sara Nichols is a Senior Executive and CPA with over 15 years of success as a financial and operational leader. Sara enjoys being a “volleyball mom” and values the opportunity to support the community through as Chair of Women United and President of the Plant High School Athletics Foundation.

Pete Schmied
CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER

Pete has more than 20 years of experience transforming technology organizations into customer-centric, customer obsessed teams. On the weekend, you’ll find him on the golf course or at a local live music spot with friends and family.

Jeff Cate
CHIEF PERFORMANCE OFFICER

Before Appspace, Jeff was Senior Managing Director at Hayman Capital. He has a B.S. from SMU, an M.S. from London Business School, is a CFA charter holder, and can be found visiting in-laws in Brazil.

Thomas Philippart de Foy
PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining in 2012, Thomas spent 15 years at Cisco. Although a Belgian national, he moved his family to Dubai years ago so he could shave once a week and stay tan year round.

Mike Hicks
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Carolyn has 20+ years of experience transforming content strategy for media and software organizations. She has an M.A. in American Studies from Trinity College, a healthy respect for mountain biking, and a dangerous, though inconsistent, cornhole game.

Scott Chao
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

Before Appspace, Scott held leadership positions at DealerSocket, Stack Sports, and Cvent. He has an MBA from UT Austin and dual degrees from Duke University, meaning he loves March Madness!

Duke Skarda
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Duke joined Appspace in 2014 from IBM where he was the CTO of SoftLayer. He has engineering degrees from UTEP & UC Boulder, loves to sail (oceans, not lakes) and is often between Dallas and KL.

Brandon Miles
CO-FOUNDER

In a previous life, Brandon was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York & London. He has an economics degree from the University of Chicago, is an avid skier and a terrible surfer.

Jordi Plana
STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

MacKenzie is a University of Oklahoma graduate with a degree in Classical Culture. When she is not reading a book, she can be found solving a problem or creating a detailed itinerary for her next vacation.
